I well remember my favorite elementary teacher, Mrs. Eric Johnson, in fourth grade, scolding us if we forgot our pencil and paper. “Just like a carpenter needs his saw and hammer, you need your pencil and paper.” A pencil and paper were the tools of our trade back in 1961.

I got up at 7am. Blood sugar 369. Add 5 and pee and drink water.
Well, I battled high blood sugar the rest of the day 😩 and felt lethargic the whole day. I fasted all day and finally, my glucose dropped to an acceptable 159. I ate a small healthy supper which was mostly salad with oil and balsamic vinegar dressing. I woke up the next morning with a wonderful 139 reading. I felt normal again. Continue reading I’m Ill
It’ll take me days to lose the weight gained from restaurant food. But, I’ll start again today. I’ll fast, walk, and eat a healthy small supper and see what happens.
